Our home offers 3 levels of living space. The entry level features a spacious gourmet kitchen with adjacent dining area that seats 8 guests. The island also offers sitting for three. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Off the kitchen is a half bath with full laundry. Next to the kitchen, you enter a living room with a fireplace for those winter visits. Large sliding doors offer plenty of natural light and access to the front porch. The master suite has a king bed, smart TV and a large bathroom with double sink, shower, and large walk-in closet. The master bedroom also offers a sliding door to the front porch. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms both with a king size bed and smart TV. Outside the bedrooms is a full bath- the shower even has a skylight! The basement is the heart of the home and where you will spend most of your time. It offers a seating area with a large TV to watch your favorite movie or sports team. You will also find a pool table, card table, Pop-A-Shot basketball game, Golden Tee arcade game and a dry bar with mini fridge. The bedroom on this level features a king size bed and is next to another full bathroom. In addition, there is a pull-out sofa (queen size bed). The hot tub is accessed through the walk-out sliding glass doors on the basement level and is fenced in for total privacy. A bon fire pit in the front yard is perfect for those summer star- gazing nights! We even include free firewood! The large yard has plenty of space for kids and dogs to run. No cats allowed.
